NIMR Recruitment 2016 – Scientist D & C Posts: Indian Council of Medical Research, National Institute of Malaria Research (NIMR), New Delhi has announced a notification for the recruitment of Scientist ‘D’ and Scientist ‘C’ vacancies on permanent basis. Eligible candidates may apply in prescribed application format on or before 19-08-2016. Other details like age limit, educational qualification, selection process & how to apply are given below….

1. Scientists ‘D’: 02 Posts
2. Scientists ‘C’: 01 Post

Age Limit: Candidates age should not exceeding 45 years for S.No-1, 40 years for S.No-2 as on 19-08-2016. Age relaxation is 5 years for Government servants and SC/ ST/ OBC candidates as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates age should be First class Master’s degree in life/ biological sciences (Zoology, Biology, Applied Biology, Biotechnology, Medical Entomology etc.) from a recognized university or Second class M.Sc + Ph.D. degree in any of the above subjects of the life/ biological sciences from a recognized University for S.No-1, First Class Master’s degree or Second Class M.Sc + Ph.D degree in Biophysics/ Molecular Biology/ Zoology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics/ Physiology/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Geo statistics and other related subjects in Life/ Physical Science from a recognized University for S.No-2 with relevant experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview/ personal discussion.

Application Fee: Candidates should be Rs. 100/- in the form of Crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) payable to the Director, National Institute of Malaria Research, Sec 8, Dwarka, Delhi 11007. SC/ ST/ women & physically handicapped (PH) candidates are exempted from the application fee.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application in prescribed format along with self attested copies of proof of date of birth, educational qualification, experience, list of publications & fee to the Director, National Institute of Malaria Research, Sec 8, Dwarka, Delhi 110077 on or before 19-08-2016.

NIMR Recruitment 2016 – Walk in for Data Entry Operator Posts: Indian Council of Medical Research, National Institute of Malaria Research (NIMR), New Delhi has given an employment notification for the recruitment of Data Entry Operator vacancies for project entitled “Impact of insecticide resistance in malaria vectors on the effectiveness of combination of indoor residual spraying (IRS) and long-lasting insecticidal nets (LLINs) in India: A multidisciplinary approach” on purely temporary & contractual basis. Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 28 years. Age relaxation for OBC/ SC/ ST & Other Backward Class is applicable as per Govt of India Rules

Educational Qualification: Candidates has to possess 12th Pass in Science Stream with Mathematics as a subject from recognized board, or DOEACC ‘A’ level from recognized institute & 2 years experience in EDP work in Govt, Autonomous, PSU, or Recognized institution or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application/ IT/ Computer Science from a recognized Institution/ University & speed test of not less than 15000 key depressions per hour through speed test on computer.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on test & interview
