4. Pharmacist: 36 Posts
Age Limit: Candidate minimum age is 18 years & maximum age is 44 years as on 01-07-2016. Upper age relaxation of 05 years for SC/ ST/ BC, 03 years for ex-service men & 10 years for Disabled persons candidates is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS Degree/ equivalent qualification as entered in the Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 as subsequently amended & Registered with AP Medical Council for Post 1, Degree in Ayurveda/ Unani/ Homeopathy/ Yoga & Naturopathy awarded by a University in India established or incorporated by or under a central act or provincial act or an institution recognized by UGC Post 2, SSC, MPHW(F) & Vocational MPHW (F) for Post 3 & SSC, Diploma in Pharmacy & Computer skill for Post 4 with relevant experience.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send application in prescribed format along with elf attested copies of all certificates as given in notification in person/ by registered post to the respective District Medical & Health Officers of the district to which the candidate is applying on or before 12-07-2016 by 05:00 PM.
