IHBT Recruitment 2016 – Walk in for JRF, Project Fellow & Asst Posts: CSIR-Institute of Himalayan Bioresource Technology (IHBT), Palampur has announced a notification for the recruitment of Junior Research Fellow, Project Fellow, Junior Research Fellow/ Project Fellow & Project Assistant Level-I vacancies for various projects on purely temporary basis. IHBT Vacancy Details:
Total No of Posts: 20
Name of the Post:
1. Junior Research Fellow: 02 Posts
2. Project Fellow: 11 Posts
3. Junior Research Fellow/ Project Fellow: 01 Post
4. Project Assistant Level-I: 06 Posts

Age Limit: Candidate maximum age should be 28 years as on 15-07-2016. Age relaxation will be applicable 5 years for SC/ ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates and widows, divorced women and women judicially.

Educational Qualifications: Candidate should possess Post Graduation in Remote Sensing/ GIS/ Geoinformatics/ Forestry/ Geography/ Geology/ Environmental Science/ Botany for S.No-1, M.Sc. in concerned discipline or 1st Class M. Pharma in Pharmacology for S.No-2, M.Sc. in Botany/ Forestry/ Environmental Sciences/ Ecology for S.No-3, 1st Class B.Sc. in Agriculture/ Biotechnology/ Life Science/ Biology/ Botany/ Horticulture for S.No-4 with relevant experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.

1. Senior Research Fellow: 01 Post

Age Limit: Candidates maximum age limit should be 32 years for Post No. 01, 30 years for Post No. 02 and 28 years for Post No. 03 & 04 as on 20-07-2016. Relaxation of age will be applicable up to 05 years for SC/ ST and 03 years for OBC candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry/ Inorganic Chemistry for Post No. 01, M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry/Inorganic Chemistry/ Food Science and Technology/ Food and Nutraceuticals or 1st Class B. Tech in Food Technology/ Chemical Engineering for Post No. 02, M.Sc. in Chemistry or 1st Class M. Pharma in (pharmaceutical Chemistry/ Medicinal Chemistry) for Post No. 03 & B.Sc in Medical/ Non Medical for Post No. 04 with 55% marks..
