Name of the Department:
a. Orthopaedic: 01 Post
b. Medicine: 01 Post
c. Anaesthesiology: 01 Post

Age Limit: Candidates age should be not exceeds 45 years for Post 01, 35 years for Post 02 as on 26-05-2016. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess PG Degree/ Diploma in the concerned speciality from recognized university.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application in the prescribed format stating Ref. Advt No, Name of the Post, Name of the Applicant, Father’s/ Husband’s name, Full address for communication with Ph/ mobile no, date of birth, nationality, caste, educational qualification, registration no with MCI, details of experience, dated signature of the candidate with attested copies of relevant documents, one passport size photograph either by post/ courier/ hand to Medical Superintendent on or before 21-06-2016.
